Who are your clients?

My clients (sorry hate this word) the people I train, are stuck in a rut and want help getting out of it. They are overweight and unhappy with their body but they also know they can be so much more. We will provide the right guidance, help their mindset and provide the right training plan for them.

Who will your program work for?

Anyone who wants to change but we mainly train people who are overweight and cannot face going to a commercial gym and feel like they will stick out a mile.

What type of person do I need to be?

Ready to change, accept past mistakes and learn from them and move on. Be willing to be educated correctly about your body and eating habits. We will guide and support you through all these changes.

How quickly can I expect results?

Honestly, this is a lifestyle change a permanent fix. So the answer is different for everyone depending on how often they train, your effort, diet, sleep, social diary etc. The results will come but we focus on getting you confident training, then getting your technique right, then improving your strength and then the results will follow.

How hard will it be?

Some people find it really easy at the start and then hit a wall, others find it really challenging at the start just to set foot in a training facility. So the answer is yes there will be challenges but most of them are mental challenges. We have your back and help your through this.
