Meet Dan. 
36 years old. Full-time job. Two kids. A bit of a belly and a love for Chinese on a Friday. 

Dan was exactly the kind of bloke diet culture loves to write off, “too far gone,” “no discipline,” “needs to cut out junk.” But Dan did something most people don’t believe is possible: 

He lost 3 stone, and he still ate takeaway.

  • And he felt proud, because he did it his way 

This is the bit that no restrictive diet will give you: confidence built on real life, not just short-term wins.
